Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has shipped and is still within the expected delivery window, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, contact us at support@trydewy.com.

If we determine the package is lost in transit, you’ll receive either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
